Do you need to make a planning application?

Let's face it doing the boring paperwork and turning the grinding wheels of French bureaucracy is a far cry from sipping wine on your terrace. If like many, you just want the whole thing sorted then renosud planning application management is for you. You sip the wine and we will grind the wheels.

Planning permission is important. So is the way you go about making your application. All you need to know is that we will take care of it. However if you are interested in what's involved here is a brief overview.

Review the building works and identify probable permissions required Personal visit to the Mairie to discuss your plans in advance of an application Obtain proxy permission from the client (You!) to act on the client’s behalf Obtain necessary administrative forms Tear our hair out Prepare drawn elements* See below Collate a dossier in triplicate or quadruplicate as required (and the French love their paperwork!) Hand in dossier and obtain a receipt Track the process Handle direct enquiries Manage the response Tear more of our hair out
*Application for permission will nearly always require that you show a drawing. If your application requires a drawing and you have not used renosud PROPLAN services to create one, we will quote to create the drawings that you will need to support your planning permission application.
